1. Which countries do you export your products to?
Our products are sold all over the world and are certified. (Note not yet certified)
2. What about the warranty?
All our products have a one-year warranty, during the warranty period, free replacement of spare parts. And provide lifelong technical support and other assistance.
3. How to install the machine?
Usually, engineers will be sent to your factory to help install and adjust machines. We also have paper installation instructions and videos to teach you until you get the hang of it.
4. Which export port do you use?
Are there any Chinese ports? Usually, we use the port of Shanghai. But it can also be specified according to your needs.
5. What about payment terms and delivery time?
Payment for small machines :100% wire transfer/Western Union/Cash in advance. Large machines and large amounts :40% deposit, 60% before delivery (we will film the total delivery process for customer confirmation) and relevant documents. You can pay by wire transfer, letter of credit, Western Union or other means. Machine delivery time is 90-150 days.
6. Do your goods have ISO9001 or CE certification?
Yes, all our goods are ISO certified.
